We are looking currently to fill the following positions:
General Assistant
1 person to help and to carry out all kinds of tasks
Part-time, start with about 15 to 20 hours per week.
Could become more, depending on business development and availability of candidate. Possibly full-time in the near future.
Main work location: Office in Kim Ma Thuong.
You will be working with the German Business Manager.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Maintenance Coordination
- find maintenance providers
- organize regular inspections
- receive and file maintenance requests
- order and follow up with repairs
- close maintenance jobs
Delivery Coordination
- receive delivery requests
- prepare delivery papers
- organize delivery
- receive payments and follow-up
Small Projects
- find information
- discuss with management
- execute the agreed steps
Secretary Tasks
- find information
- find staff
- interprete, translate
- do purchases
- assist with other office tasks
Requirements:
- reasonable English skills in reading, writing, listening, speaking
- computer literacy
- own motorbike
- can work independently
- attention to detail, strive for perfection
- some previous office work experience is an advantage, but no requirement
- experience with import and export procedures is of advantage
- experience in video works (recording, editing, subtitles) is of advantage
Salary:
At least VND 20,000 per hour. Usually more, depending on performance.
